AWARDED: Victoria Martin de la Torre (whom many know as a spokesperson for the S&D group) will today be awarded the “Better Understanding Europe” book prize by the Jacques Delors Foundation for her book “Europe, a Leap Into the Unknown,” on the friendship between the EU’s founding fathers. The book is available in Spanish, English, French, Norwegian, Italian and French, with a Polish phone number database version due out next year.
