How to set up a survey ?

Whether it’s a survey, market research, satisfaction survey, or vote, ask the questions you want and collect your contacts’ responses directly in Sarbacane.

Here, for example, is a fictitious questionnaire designed to ask your contacts about the quality of your newsletters:

From the Sarbacane homepage, click  course: interactive content format on the “Pages and Forms” section. Click the “Create” button in the top right corner and select “Form” from the drop-down menu.

Select “Questionnaire”. Name your form and then validate to move on to the next step.

Step 3

In the next step, you can select a pre-designed form template from the template gallery or you can choose to start from scratch.

For this example, let’s choose the “Metropolitan” template.

Like EmailBuilder, this editor works why you should promote mighty with a simple drag-and-drop approach. Edit the text of your form, add fields if necessary, and most importantly, this is where you can create your survey questions.

What types of questions/fields can you include in your questionnaire?
  • Open-ended questions requiring a free text response
    Type of fields to insert:
    – If the answer can be formulated in one line, then select “Single text field”.
    – If the answer potentially requires several lines of text, then choose “Multi-line field” instead.
    Example: “Do you have any  whatsapp database brazil suggestions for improvement? If so, what are they?”
  • Open questions requiring the entry of a number
    Type of fields to insert: “Number”
    Example: “What is your subscriber customer number?”
  • Fields dedicated to entering a telephone number
    Type of fields to insert: TelephonExample: “When was your last purchase from us?”
    Type of fields to insert: DatTypes of fields to insert:
    – Drop-down list
    – Multiple choice
    – Single choice
    Example: “What are your marketing objectives this year? Acquisition / Conversion / Loyalty / Other”
